Leadership and Mentoring Program

Our Women in Business is a multipronged program designed exclusively for the Women in our Business.  This program supports the professional development of women at every level of our organisation, such as coaching and mentoring, to help them move forward in their careers and lives with confidence.

This will be supported by our Women in Business Leadership and Mentoring Program, which focuses on defining opportunities to support and inspire women to advance their careers.

Telstra Business Women of the Year

We are very proud of the positive impact the women in our business contribute to the community. For a quarter of a century, the Telstra Awards program has recognised outstanding women, helped progress their careers and business ideas, and built a support network of like-minded people to learn, grow and connect.
